I would love to be able to use one snippet for the PageX_NewEdit and PageX_View page wherein you can determine the visibility of the buttons based on a property of the button. ‘Show when object is ReadyOnly’
The view page would use the snippet with an object view with editability set to false and all buttons that change stuff can be made invisible.
Would also be especially useful for reusing data grids in a snippet.
Alternatively there could be a new tab on the properties of the snippet-call where you can de-select all the buttons
