Enhanced custom widget configuration options

The current options for widget configurations when building custom widgets is lacking behind with the options that are used for the built-in widgets.
For example:
- The option to make parts conditional visible
- The ability to select Glyphicons
- Select conditional visibility
- Use the same name for a caption over multiple different tabs
Not persé related to the available options but lacking in general, is the in proper resizing of a widget configuration popup and its labels who have a fixed width:
