Add ability to change thousand/decimal separators

Hi,

In addition to the custom date and time formatting (see screen print included below), could we also get the option to change the thousand/decimal separators for a language?

So that instead of 22,560.4 it will show up as 22.560,4 if I change the settings in Studio Pro for English, United States?
