Limit the use of layouts with a scope.

After importing valuable appstore content like excel export/import and modelreflection I am confused with layouts which I don't use and have surprisingly identical names. Please make a option to scope the layout to 'only in this module'. In that case the layout is not selectable in another module.

I agree with Pieter, it would be great if we can limit any item from being used outside of it's module!

I guess that this goes for practically any component you create. Especially if it is a general module that has some internal logic that should not be altered. By enabling 'use in this module only' you would sort of make it private logic that way.
