For Mendix support, we open tickets on support.mendix.com.
What if we could (with a specific role with higher elevations) access support tickets for an app from within cloud.home.mendix.com?
So when I'm in an app, I can go to a support section there and open new requests with the pertinent app information pre-populated. I can also view existing/archived support requests for the same app/environment that I am in. This would ensure some accuracy with identifying the app in the support ticket and possibly cut down on churn with Mendix support as support engineers seek additional details about the app in question.
That would be nice
